Well in the two years I have been here they have been "good". In the past 6 months I have witnessed a cadillac being stolen and the police were here a few days ago for what seemed to be a fight(maybe lack of security'). Overall the place is nice I belive most of our rent money goes to keep the grounds up in apperence! The staff is nice, so as of now I would recommend it!!
