First of I was given a run around about which apartment i would be moving into. I was made to fax in my financial material THREE different times (to discourage me from moving in), just to find out later that they recieved them ALL the first time.
There were 3 different managers in my three years stay, and NONE of them were that great!!
The middle one was the best of them of them all and unfortunatley she's gone!
Maintainace issues went unanswered. Maintaince was quite GHETTO, if you didn't KNOW they were maintance, you'd think you were about to be robbed.
Management never checked over my apartment with me upon me moving out, and then tried to take part of my security deposit to fix some "problem".
Simply put, unless you like drama , DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this property is not as bad as these people are making it sound, they just dont like having to pay rent on time and so their upset. pay your rent and you'll be fine. that simple.
