I have lived at Emerald Cove for almost 2 years. There have been some change in management, but everyone has always been really nice and helpful. They aren't uptight like some other places. The few times maintenance had to come to my apartment they always handled everything quickly (within a day) and professionally. It's close to everything!!!! Restaurants, shopping, and video stores are right next door. They are getting new fitness center equipment, which was my only complaint. I have never been nervous about safety-I am a single female who lives alone. Plus, we have a couresty officer who lives here.
