Alright, I moved in while it was Emerald Cove and it was pretty decent. The place is older therefore requires more maintenance which is impossible to get now that it has become Mission. Safety is a huge issue which began before Mission took over, although while Emeral Cove was here they made efforts to fix and prevent the problem. Now if you go talk to the staff about it they just laugh at you and do nothing. Parking is atrocious, you can never find a space in the back apts, and other residence will hit your car, they will ding it with their doors because the spaces are too small, my roomate and I both have had our cars sideswiped, its just a mess over here. A young woman walking her dog was almost kidnapped, right outside my window, the police got involved and made the apartment complex make some changes which haven't been finished and probably will never be finished. All in all I don't suggest moving here unless you are a handyman and can fix your own stuff, and carry around a lot of mase.
