ok, I guess age really does make a difference... I was in complete shock when I saw this site. Its full of negativity, and on alot of apartment sites. Look, Charlotte is a dangerous city, most cities are. If you don't take precaution then you're a moron to begin with, and thats no matter where you live. This place is not that bad, and to everyone whining, here's a thought process, if its really that bad, then do something about it, ie. call the police or get legal help. Stop being an immature baby and do something about it. And if you don't, then that means you're making up all you say. In my experience, most of the people who do the complaining on forums such as this are the

ones who just dont want to pay the money to live anywhere and think every little thing is against them. U don't live with mommy and daddy anymore, you're gonna have to realize you can't get all you want.

I agree, apt. management wrote this. I lived in this community a few years ago and we did call the police, and contacted corporate etc. Nothing was every done about anything. When the cops show up at your door to tell you that your neighbor was assaulted and almost kidnapped, but the complex doesn't feel that's an issue there is a problem. No it's not their responsibility to protect every single person all hours of the day, but it is their responsibility to address these issues and help prevent them. The police gave the complex a citation full of things they needed to fix and do around the complex... that says a lot!!
