This place is HORRIBLE!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I moved out after the staff which are the rudest, backstabbing group of people you will meet, would not let me out of my contract. 85 noise is so loud that when I would stand on my porch, the person on the other line thought I was driving. There are drug dealers located in each building, guys standing on one of the corners every night. They will force you to sign another contract and promptly raise your rent, after they claim they do not have to tell you that they are raising rent (it is on their lease agreement). My rent went up $100.00. Meanwhile while I'm renewing my lease due to no choice, my neighbor moves into same kind of apartment at $100.00 less. No maintenence is ever done and they need to remodel the apartments which they said they were doing and that was 2 years ago. Since then, I have moved into a 2 bedroom, for the price of one bedroom, gated community and the complex is in the process of remodelling (nice to see where my money is going). They will charge you extra for a pet, say they don't allow pitbulls when I saw at 5 pit bulls walking around. Also, they will charge up upon move out for every little thing. Normal walking on the carpet after years, they will charge you. They steal your money basically and don't care for your safety or well-being while living there. The jacuzzi that they have, never was opened last summer and the pool stayed open for maybe 2 months. If you move in, watch how many moving trucks you see moving people out. 5 people moved in and out within 30 days of my building in a 1 month period. The mold in the bathroom is gross and they probably charged me for that as well. This place is a serious joke and needs to be condemned.
