I've lived here since Jan 09. I have no complaints. Yes, I have seen a bug or two but they had the Orkin guy come and the bugs have left. My electric bill is about 45 this summer (A/C always on) and about 76 with the heat on blast. I have no mold growing but thats because I keep my place clean. Rent is great with washer and dryer. I have no idea what this person is saying!
