I lived at Montclair for one year. We had problems with the plumbing. When you used hot water, the pipes sounded like they were going to bringthe walls down. We complained but were told that they would not be able to do anything and to live with it. Then our air/heat went out 5 times. In result we had to find other places to stay while they had unqualified people try to fix it. The office staff has been rude on several occasions. Even when we didn't have a complain. The only time they were pleasant was when they wanted me to renew my lease. I will not recommend this apt to anybody mainly because of how I was treated while I lived there. Nor will I move back.
