and have been very happy. Apartments are generally quiet and if I've had any issues with noisy neighbors the management staff has been very quick to contact them and resolve the issue. Maintenance staff has been great to work with - I even had the carpet in my apartment cleaned for free by the complex when I renewed my lease last year.

My only complaint is that the pool is VERY crowded with people from the neighboring condo complex sneaking in during the summers, so the staff needs to patrol the pool more often to keep those folks out. Often there are no chairs at the pool for residents. Also, loud, unruly children are a real problem too. Sometimes they are unattended, but mostly it's just obnoxious parents not being considerate of their neighbors.
