Apartments not big enough.

Way too expensive for what they are

Extremely RUDE and "stand-off-ish" staff, especially Josh.(Don't ask him more than 3 questions otherwise you can literally hear him roll his eyes at you...)

Huge mosquito-infested pond right smack at the front of the property.(Don't try to sit on your patio at night in the summer without at least 25 citranella candles lit...)

Lost or conveniently misplaced maintenence requests.
