Ever since this place became Colonial Properties at Beverly Crest it has gone down hill. They concreted over the hot tub without consulting residents and now they have put this huge ugly eye sore of a gate around the pool. YUCK. If you work late and dont rent a space (which by the way once colapsed on a row of cars) you are out of luck for parking. There is dog crap EVERYWHERE so watch your shoes. Margo in the office is as RUDE as they come. This place used to be wonderful. They cared about their residents. They had a social director and threw resident parties, they used to have an awsome staff who made residents feel welcome, they used to have a news letter...it was like a real community. Now....I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS OUT! I would give notice now, but my neighbor did that and they NEVER even tried to show her apartment so they could milk her for the rent until the end. Oh, and this community is slowly but surely becoming little Mexico of NC. Trust me, keep looking. They LIE in the office. Nothing in your home will ever be updated or fixed on time or correctly. Oh, and they have been "planning" to fix the fountains in the lake for over a year, since they wont, we have lost all the charm of that feature and now it is just a swamp with misquitos.
