I have lived at the apartments for one and half years. Items remain un-repaired from my initial move in.....today the complex calls me and insists that I repair my blinds due to a cat bending one of the individiual, cheap metal piece. Nevermind that my bathroom fan has never worked, my toilet and kitchen sink leak, and the shelf I requested upon move in has yet to be installed. I can rent the same square footage across the street with a washer and dryer and microwave for less a month....did I mention that the other place is newer with a better workout facility.
