Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Resident for over two years. GREAT office staff, but DIMINISHING grounds and maintenance. Although there are a select few long-time residents that are quiet and respectful of fellow tenants' peace and quiet, there are even more ROWDY residents that live at Oak Park at Nations Ford. Major property equipment stays in constant disrepair, such as the two "security" gates, exterior fencing, playground equipment, outside lighting, among other things. Would be an outstanding place to live if the above issues were resolved. Apartments are very large and there is a pool onsite.
