I have lived here with my wife and 3 children for six months. The maintenance is bad,the buildings are in bad disrepair, violent crime, drugs and gunfire happen here quite often. The management is useless, we have been asking them to fix problems from the security lights to our front door falling off (door, fraim and all) with no results. I highly recomend not living here and we will be leaving as soon as possible. This is absolutly not the place to be. Even the police say this place is BAD.

Oak Park at Nations Ford is horrible, I wouldn't recommend anyone living there unless you are homeless. The service is horrible, and don't expect to get a message returned. The maintenance service is nonexistent, as a matter of fact, the emergency number listed is no longer in service. Why would any management company want to treat their rent paying tenants in such a poor fashion. DO NOT RENT THERE!!!!!

I love this community. The Property Manager Victor is great. Affordable rates I have been a resident here for 11 months and will just renew my lease because the leasing staff offer me to stay they are just great
this Community in general has a great team without them I dont know what to say
