Lots of improvement recently...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I've lived at Oak Pointe for the past 3 years and recently seen a lot of improvements. New pool, new gym, and best of all a new business center w/computers. They're also doing a lot of work on the buildings and the new staff, especially maintenance, are GREAT! Plus, they're now doing criminal backgrounds on everyone so I've noticed a lot of new neighbors recently. If you're looking for something brand new or fancy, this is not the place for you. But if you looking for everything you need with a great location in the Univeristy area for a reasonable price, Oak Pointe is hard to beat.
