My lease is finally over...Thank God. My friend lived here last year and had the worst experience with the sales staff. Poor communication, bad amenities and the worst place he and I ever lived. They tried to say that I owed more than noted in my documents. Once they tried to report me to a collection agency and did not even try to resolve the issue. I had a zero balance and they acted as if they did not care. I am still trying to resolve the issue, although my records illustrate that my balance is zero. I am lost for words with the sales staff and recommend NO ONE consider living at OakPointe.
