First of all I was a resident from 2004-2005 and moved, when the condo I was living in was sold I had about a week to find a place to live-SO, I made the worst mistake ever! First of all, the appliances are circa 1984, the mold that lives in the heating and air system makes us sick all the time (runny noses, headaches, and congestion), and the walls barely keep the outside where it is.

For almost $900 a month I would atleast expect a little genuine concern from the office and maintenance staff, but no such luck! Besides all this, the neighbors are absolutely terrible! They seem to have no concept of or respect for other people's personal property or space-it's all free range out here! During the middle of the drought this summer, when individuals were being fined upwards of $300 for watering their lawns, this complex would open up the fire hydrants and let them run all day-of course leaving the tenants without water to even flush a toilet or wash their hands! I agree with a previous review-you can complain all you want to the management staff, but NOTHING EVER GETS DONE!!! This was my first apartment-new to the Charlotte area-but now I know that NOONE DESERVES TO LIVE LIKE THIS OR BE IGNORED LIKE THIS! Please keep looking if you are seriously considering living here-it's really not a good place to be!

When I lived there there was dust in the air handler over one inch thick. Do they still force tenants to use a cable company owned by the former owners of the complex? It was also hotter inside than outside half the summer the A/C was so poor.

Honestly, This seems like a forum to complain to, how are you now posting a review about an apt you lived in two years ago. You can have no idea what it is like living here now and your post gives a very negative impression of a great place. maybe it was a bad place in 2006 when you moved out, but now, in 2008 it is great!
