This place really sucks! It was called English Hills apartments now it is Oasis at Regal Oaks. I am eagerly waiting for my lease to end in December. I've been here through all the shootings, break in's, loud parties, and at least 9 staff changes. Everytime I go to the office the staff is slow to acknowledge you and the staff changes EVERY MONTH! Noise issue are totally ignored. They dont make any repairs in a timely manner and when they do the maintenance staff looks at you like you owe them a tip or something for doing their job. I was warned not to move to the albermarle rd area and I wish I would've listened. Looking from the outside you would think everything was great but this place is a "RAT TRAP". Don't make the same mistake I did.

I agree, this place sucks.... it looks good from the outside and sounds good on paper, but dont be fooled. There are many many problems inside and it will take forever to get them fixed if they do get fixed. They only rush to fix things when its near rent time. Stay away!!!
