	Cost effective, spacious place to live. The units are big, the units are well maintained and the staff is more helpful than any I have experienced in the past. Neighbors are all very nice as well.

	I lived there in 2002. Very nice to live. Very quiet. Never any problems. Staff was always very helpful. Liked it very much.

	Generally a nice, quiet place to live. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. the maintenance of the laundry facility and the interior of the units has slipped a bit n the past year.
