Olmsted Park Apartments

Excellent From: Maia Date posted: 6/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Olmsted Park is in a great location (one of the few apartment communities in Charlotte within walking distance of anything), only 2 miles from the center of the city and right in the Dilworth/South End area. The apartments are spacious with a good layout (most if not all have fireplaces, lots of closet space, and washer/dryer hookups), parking is plentiful, I don't think I've ever heard my neighbors, the grounds are well-kept (maintained at least weekly), and the pool is kept clean. Probably the best thing of all is the staff--always friendly and helpful, and any required maintenance has been completed on the same day. Even when I needed a new lock on a weekend before leaving for a week-long vacation, they were there within a few hours.
