I lived at Olmsted for nearly two years. It was my favorite place to live in Charlotte. It's a step away from Southend Brewery and Tyber Creek Pub and a five minute drive from downtown. I spent two long summers there and a memorable winter snowstorm. I made some good friends as a result and regret having to move out.

Its the best location in Charlotte. It's safe. People are nice. It's two minutes from a grocery store, gas, restaurants, etc. It was as much a home as an apartment can be. I used this site when I had to move away from Charlotte and I hope this input helps you with your choice.
