great location, staff and neighborhood, okay apartment

Love the staff, love the neighborhood. Apartment is just okay though. For the price it should really be better. Old appliances, dark interiors. Also, our neighbor who moved in around the same time as us pays $200 less a month for the exact same apartment which irritates me.
