Olmsted Park Apartments

Now Converted to Condos From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived here around a year, apartments have been sold and are now being converted to 200,000 dollar condos. Not sure who in their right mind would pay that for an apartment, yes, thats right an apartment that has been heavily used since 1991 when they were built. Good luck with parking, the neighboring homes that face the apartments are always parking their cars in your spot. Walls are thin, stairs are noisy, and building shakes when someone closes their sliding glass door. If you've got more money than common sense, there are plenty of units for sale.
