When I moved here, the complex and mgmt were okay. Over the years, the place has gone down along with the type of tenants living here. The mgmt does not address issues, they just make excuses. The maintenace just patch things up and the level of work is very poor. The hallways and laundry rooms are dirty and disgusting. The carpets in the hallway are full of stains and mgmt has made no effort to resolve this issue. The tenants leave trash in the hallways, hang out all times of the night drinking alcohol and talking loudly. The tenants and friends loiter and blast music from their vehicles all times of the night. The buildings, apartments, pool, tennis courts, weight room are all run down. Nothing is well kept here. Crime has also increased including vandalism. If you like a low standard of living, you wouldn't mind the environment. If you want a peaceable, clean, respectful environment with a professional caring staff, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO RENT. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! You may asked, "why has this person stayed so long if it is such a bad place to live." It wasn't always this bad and unfortunately, I couldn't afford any better. My financial situation has improved and I'm DILIGENTLY and AGGRESSIVELY searching for a suitable place to live. ............Also, the Peeping Tom issue is true. I met a husband and wife that chose to move out of the complex because of this issue. Previously to moving out, they had to completely cover their bedroom window to prevent this from occurring.
