This is false information, Northland conducts credit and criminal checks on ALL applicants over 18

Thank-you, this place has very bad ratings and they all coincide with each other.So I know everyone can't be lying and everyone could not have compared their notes with each other on this place, probably don't even know each other.I will say that I really appreciate this web site apartmentratings.com, because Im moving online can't do it in person and on was relying on the manager to assist me with my move, and of course they can't or won't say to me there is a lot of -------- here, don't get me wrong Im not a racist but Im also not acustomed to their ways such as all that horn blowing crap to go to work in the morning it really sucks, especially if you work at night and you are trying to sleep or you just got your baby to sleep and they blow them horns,make you want to go postal, I wouldn't be suprised if nobody don't shoot this place up just because of the horn blowing alone. Feel sorry for anybody that has a lease to keep here.My prayers go out to you.
