Apparently the management team is not completely familiar with the laws of NC. I had a issue with a roommate instead of the complex establishing a mutual decision between 2 people who's names were both on the lease, they allowed my former roommate to move with no warning to me. My roommate was allowed to transfer to another Camden property meanwhile I was served papers by the sheriff bc they had not paid their 1/2 of the rent b4 moving out. Sorry didnt have a extra $400 lying around aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
