Very happy and feel safe From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have been living at Park Lane for 7 months. I agree that crime has no address and things happen wherever you are. I feel perfectly safe at Park Lane. They have been consistent keeping the gates closed and the only people let into the complex are those that residents let in. I have had no problems here and was very aware that there was no pool. That's how the prices are so low for such a nice apartment! I think they mention to you that you have the option of paying a fee for use of the neighboring townhouse community's pool if you want to. I LOVE the interior here and that it's small and quiet. I also find the area convenient and close to shopping (not far from South Park or Carolina Place malls as well as Target, etc.)
