Noisy, kids running wild, non-existent maintenance, blasting ghetto blasters, old broken appliances, breakins, water leaks, cops always here, no ameneties at all, walls are real thin and you will hear your neighbors even in the bathroom, dirty dangerous laudry room that we won't use, etc. You can do much better for the price somewhere else.
