I have lived at Parke Place for about a year. I loved it for the grounds, the apartments themselves, and the people. I enjoyed the way the apartments are set up, all facing eachother. The summer months were especially fun. I found that the manager was very fair. Anytime there was an issue, her and I could talk it out and i think she was very understanding. I'm going to miss this place! They don't make apartments like this anymore. I feel I have been a part of a community here, and not just a resident. I think overall it has been a blast and I would recommend the property to anyone if it weren't getting torn down! As for all the complaining: I think you guys are just paranoid. If they wanted to kick out anyone, it would have been me! And Karen and I are fine. So why don't you just get over stuff that happened forever ago. :) A great place to live!

You sound like a 21 year old that thought it was a party place instead of a home. this review just totally turned me off of this complex. Their response equates with NOISE, PARTY, Unruly 20 something year olds.

To the responder: You missed your chanced. Parke Place was not a noisy, party, unruly, 20-something community. It was a home for people who truly cared about their neighbors. The tenants and management did get along and when thigs developed, the manager took care of it. Everything was done to make it a great place to live. It just saddens me to see that it is all over.
