Mgmnt/maint. is wonderful. Mrs. Angie is the best mgr you could ever work with. Plus, you dont worry about discussing your issues w/a office full of people. (same staff for years onsite) 1 on 1 service!!!! No problems in/your apt will ever be ignored, its fixed asap. Also, as a single female i was happy knowing parkwood does not tolerate loud music, people hanging around cars or by your front door. (night security and charlotte police patrol like clock work)
Ive lived here since 2005 and sadly must move due to family/more space required. I would move back in heart beat if my situation was different. Parkwood has a family atmosphere that will be greatly missed!
