Pavilion Crossings

a great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have lived here for almost a year and will sadly be unable to renew my lease because I am relocating. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. We have wonderful parties (pool parties and holiday parties)! The maintence does a great job of spraying for bugs and changing the air filters about every 3-6 monthes. Parking can be a problem if you come home late at night, but the parking lots are very well lit. As for the concerts,if you live close to the front of community you can sit on your porch and enjoy the music for some of the concerts. I live in the older section (the all brick buildings) so my apartment is well built and very quiet. The apartments are nice, and I hardly ever hear my neighbors. I do not know how the newer buildings are as far as sound installation and quality are concerned. It is a great location, right off 29 and 485, only one exit from 85. I have recommended Pavillion to lots of my friends and many have moved in and love it too!
