I moved to this place three years ago, mainly from the size of the apartment, and the all inclusive living, which are both nice. The apartments are built well with the exception of the extrememly creaky stairs.
Me and my roomate have had countless bad experiences with managment at this place. And I'm fed up after the last one. Me and my roomate were charged $105 for leaving trash outside that we never did. (5 being a late charge because we didn't know about the charge for over a month). They claimed that we left four bags of trash in a building on the other side of the complex, two buildings from the compactor. It was ridiculous. There policy is to dig through the trash to try and find evidence of the owner. They said they found something of mine in one of the bags. Not saying any employee did anything wrong, just a mistake. But the was it was handled was terrible. Finally after writing a 4 page letter to the company that owns pavilion I got the charge droped. They changed the policy to a warning first and this incident was aparently my warning. The entire time with dealing with the manager, I was told that I was questioning the morality of the aparmtent staff even though I never did anything like that at all. I was just saying I didnt' do anything. At the end, the manager said to me, "this is your warning, don't do it again". UGHHH!!!!!!
Also, "security" is spotty, and ridiculous. Had my car broken into 4 times, one roomate once (then he got a garage), another roomate once, and then had his car stolen. The previous manager was very rude when we went and asked about the stolen car.
Towing is ridiculous as well.
Do not recomend this place at all!!!
