Pavilion Crossings Rocks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The old staff is back and the property looks great! The Maintenance staff is fantastic, they put brand new carpet in my apartment before we moved in, the old carpet still looked fine to me. They said that almost all the apartments are getting new carpet and vinyl. We love the office staff they have helped us so much since this is our first apartment. They made sure we understood everything! I recommend Pavilion to Everyone I talk too.
