The staff has to be the worst part of it all, they lie and steal. The appliances are cheap and do not work and the hallways are very dirty. My car has been broken into so be very careful. There is dog poop all over the grounds so stay off the grass and watch your step.

I lived at Pavilion from 2008-2009. I??m not sure where you live at but the hall ways were not bad, in fact about every week someone would be coming through cleaning them or had a leaf blower. The grounds have always looked great, you always see someone out doing something to them whether they are planting flowers or cutting grass. As far as the dog poop, I lived near the play ground and never had any issues, maybe if the people that live there with pets would pick up after them this wouldn??t be an issue for you.

It's all very subjective, if you have a high threshold for cob webs in your lobby, spider cocoons, cigarette butts, beer cans and dog poop at the foot of entrance steps, it is no problem for you. I can admit that I do see the ground crew out there, but I have been here for almost a year and the lobby was only thoroughly cleaned once. I've seen worst, but I never lived in that situation until now.
