The management is horrible. for the first 6 months that i lived there i got a notice for eviction on the first of the month, because i had not payed my rent in full, yet every time i went to the office they said that it was a mistake. The appliances are way outdated mostly likely late 80's early 90's. when i moved out of my apartment i had not lived in the apartment for 7 months becaused i had moved in with my now wife. my water bill was like $5 per month. i had a deposit of $350 coming back to me when i moved out, or so i thought. they charged me $112 for my final water bill, again management sucks! i know that the pictures look good and the price is tempting, but spend the extra $100 a month on a better apartment. this complex is also mainly hispanic i personally didn't have any problems with them however if that is a problem for you then i really don't recomend that you move here.
