Very professional staff (Kudos to Falon) who knows the complex and is willing to work with a prospective tenant to lease what she/he does need without overselling. Apt. is very spacious, well designed and constructed and this is the first place I have occupied, including houses, where there are more than ample outlets for electric and cable - even the cable installer remarked on that.

I relocated from 400 miles away and performed an extensive INTERNET search and selected Perimeter Station and only one other complex to visit. Based on floor plan, price and the very business like (e-mailing information on availability prior to my visit), courteous and friendly approach, I signed the lease the day of my visit. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

wait until those ample outlets start tripping your breakers every time you plug something in. Its happened at least 5 times to me.....and of course since there isnt any overhead lighting in most rooms you have to have a ton of outlets to plug in lighting or just enjoy a dark apartment. How useful are they if the over load the main breaker and cut the power to your entire apartment?

It's called an AFCI (Arc Fault Curcuit Interrupter). It prevents fires. The breaker is only on one curcuit in the apartment too. It is required by the US Electrical Code. I think that the apartments are upgraded better then most other apartments, so if you want a extra light in a room walk 10 steps to Lowe's and buy one!
