The Lodge is overpriced for the area. Especially for being right beside a railroad track. You don't get used to it, it only gets louder.

When you move out, be sure to actually walk through with the leasing agent. I made this mistake and was charged close to 600 dollars in cleaning fees. The funny thing was, I spend 6 hours scrubbing the place from top to bottom.

They charged me for
- A cat that I never had
- Dust on the blinds (blind cleaning service)
- A little dirt in the kitchen
- Wear and tear on old carpet

I found this complex to be a complete rip off. If you do decide to live there, make sure the "management" doesn't over charge you. Oh, and if you refuse, they'll report you in 3 days to a credit agency.

I know who wrote this and believe me they are not telling it like it was or is!

Thanks crissygal, whoever you are, unfortunately a lot of people think they should get away with damages they caused and not get charges for it, usually blinds are charged for if they are damaged, not dirty. So if you or your "pet" bent them or broke them then you will be charged.

No I was actually charged for the blinds being dirty! If you bothered to read my review, I didn't have a pet, so how would it be possible for pet damage? I am "telling it" exactly how it is and you don't know who wrote this because I wrote it 2 years after I lived there. If I would have found this site sooner, I would have posted the complaint. Also, I think it is obvious from the responses you give that it is just a bunch of office attendees sitting around responding to complaints. How about getting off your computer and doing your job? "whoever you are" Also, I had your bogus claim removed from my credit report. Apparently they are sympathetic to complete scam artist places like yours. Why did you change the name by the way?

i've heard that this place 'over'-charges during move-out inspections from two people that used to live there, is that how it really is?
