Are we paying for security here''''

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We see the cop car but where oh where are ya'' The security job is to keep us secure--so please take a stroll and watch the racket going on in your apartment area--I say no pay if you don't do us any good. This place is starting to get scary and I am moving out because THERE is NO security unless security is outside looking around!!!
