TERRIBLE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!AND I MEAN TERRIBLE. I have only been here for a little over 2 months and I want to leave. I had to call several times to get stuff fixed in the apartment. They do not respond to requests, do not tell you when you have a package in the office and generally have no customer service skills.

I picked this apt. complex because I thought that it was safe......safe....PLEASE.....someone tried to break into my husbands truck and a neighbor told us that they tried braking into his car and apartment more than once. There was another break in just last week, I even saw a crime lab police van parked in the complex (very scarry).

When you try to speak to the staff they put you on hold for forever and then hang up on you. I just moved to Charlotte and this apt building is NOT AT ALL making a good first impression. Can't wait for the lease to be up so I can get the hell out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know that someone was murdered there a couple of years ago, right? That, couple with the damage to my motorcycle and cars, was the reason why I moved. I broke the lease and left. Get out while you can.

Oh and I love how most of the nice responses were done by the staff someone told me they knew one of them and they know they came on here and tried to make them all look good pppplllleeaaaseee!
