I've lived here since January and everything has gone really well. Everytime I go into the office they are very helpful and pleasant. I have had a couple of maitenance orders put in and they responded pretty quickly.
The community is very dog friendly as are the neighbors. I feel safe here even though it doesn't have a gate.
The only bad thing I can say is that UNCC is back in and the student who lives below me must be hard of hearing the way he blasts his stereo. Other than that...no complaints.
