I've lived here for a year and it was okay. I live toward the front of the complex so the train would be loud across the street, but i got use to it pretty fast. And the walls are pretty thin so i can sometimes hear my neighbors, but i was lucky because they are generally quiet and never played their TV or music loudly so i was able to sleep at night. If you live on the top floor please be considerate of those who live under you because simple walking can sound like stomping to those who live below. We had a mix up with rent when i first moved in but it was figured out and i never really had any issues with the staff. The gym was nice. Parking can be a pain if you come home late all the spots are filled up
