I have been living in Piper Station for close to a year now without incident. The staff is very friendly and the community is great. The only problem I have personally had is that one neighbor still has Christmas Decorations up (2003 - is nearly halfway over yet one Neighbor still has a banner up and had a Christmas wreath on the door until a few weeks back). One other Neighbor leaves their trash and papers at the front door constantly. I have not complained, so I don't blame the Apartment Staff for not taking care of it. Other than these small issues Pepsi Station is great and the move in specials make it very affordable, cheaper than most places in the surrounding area which are older and not nearly as nice or conveniently located near Stonecrest Shopping Center and 485.
