Good morning: My car was vandalized yesterdady afternoon, between 4:30 and 6:30 pm. Actually, when I was getting into my car, I noticed that the left, rear tire was losing air. I realized that the cap that covers the entrance for the air of the tire, was missing. I went accross the street, to the service station, to try to buy a cap. They did not have one. I got into I-485 West, trying to reach Johston Road North, when I started realizing that I was in danger: my car was holding back, slowing down, and it was difficult to keep it straight. I prayed hard for God to allow me to get to Johnston Road North. Thanks to Him, I got there, and turned into the first intersection to the right, and parked in front of a business building numbered 3420 Torringdon Way. I called AAA. While waiting for their service, I realized that the right hand, rear tire was also vandalized: both tires had practically no air. I could not have reached the gas station north of road 51, on Johnston Road. It is sad that this happens to any of the residents of this beautiful complex, in this case, me. In the letter that you kindly sent me, dated December 7, 2004, I read, from the first line: "exceptional service for our residents." Then, later: "We value you, our resident, as the most important part of the community..." I do not doubt that Miriam, Daniel, Elke, Jason, Scott and Bessie feel that way. I have always received the best type of service, in a very gracious manner from them all. I know that while the owners of these apartments not decide to have a security guard in the premises, we will continue to go through this type of incidents. I lost my Bible class, and I have to have one of the tires fixed. Most important, I risked my life. Thank you for your kind attention to the present.
