Nice but will it stay nice'

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 
Lived here for a while. Good place and pretty quiet. Mature residents for the most part. Can be noisy by the pool at times. Management/maintenance good. However, the 10 year Manager who was excellent has moved on. We will see how the new manager does. To be continued...
