I lived at the Plantation @ Ballantyne for a period of four months. The apartments was very nice, low maintenance, and very liveable. However, in my relations with the management team they were very non-personable, lacked respect, and definitely didn't show any care of continued residency. You would think that they would better, since I found out later that all of them, excluding Beth and Alaina had been in Property Management for a long time. My overall impression and stay in the apartment itself was pleasant, however I suggest to senior management to move another team in, with more interpersonal skills, and more a appreciate for their residents.
