They (mgt) took my deposit - ran credit reports - performed background check - and advised I had the apartment (guaranteed). Three weeks before the move in date i get a call informing me the tenant is no longer vacating the apartment so its not available. Mgt made no apology or attempt to understand the postion they had put me in (movers were set, took time off from work, advised current apartment complex i was moving)- as it turns out - they are the only apartment complex practicing this.
