The site states that this community offers “Video monitored/gate access”… the video system has been out of commission for over 2 years. Is it going to be fixed''…… You may want to take this off of the site as part of the features or have it fixed. The car care center is a JOKE!!!!! I was told when we moved here 3 years ago, that this was in the works to be built by the end of 2003….. Does not look as if this is going to happen with it being 2006…

I spoke with one of the maintenance crew members (in person) last week to inform them that blood or something is splattered all down the steps in front of my apartment. I was told that this was not blood but, BBQ sauce. He informed me that he had removed trash from the apartment above earlier that day. He stated that he took a large bag of trash to the dumpster when cleaning out the apartment and that a glass jar has broken and BBQ sauce leaked out and on to the steps. It’s now 1 week later and the sauce is still on the steps'''' Can we please have this cleaned' I’ve also asked on several occasions if the widows could and would be washed (exterior side). I was told by management that maintenance does and would be taking care of this. Still waiting on this and now 2 years has gone by and the windows are filthy… Do I need to have a contractor come out and do this and then deduct his/her fee from my rent''


I went to the gym this evening and noticed (when trying to go to the restroom) that the hours to the club house have changed'''''''' Closes now on Saturday’s at 5PM……. Are you kidding me'''' This means that I’m paying for something that I can not use in the evenings'''' I use to be able to use the restroom while at the gym and play pool with my son after a workout…. Now that the hours have changed, I have to drive my vehicle to the clubhouse so that I can drive quickly to my apartment to use the restroom if I need to'' Basically, by closing the clubhouse the access to the billiard room, restrooms, video library, computer printer, fax (business center) club/sitting area with TV is not longer available after 6PM during the week and 5PM weekends (which is when most people can and do enjoy these features dues to working 8-5 M-F. Their use to be someone there until 9PM in the evenings…Why has this changed''''

With want everyone here pays in rent a single month, you can afford to hire and pay someone to operate the facility and have the features that you offered, available to the tenants during evening hours.
Will be leaving when lease is up!

complain much? This is an apartment , things happen- this is not a five star hotel- get over it

The comment from mymybaby sounds like the drunk handyman that works at the complex and hangs out at the pool more often than swinging a hammer!
