Rent goes up every year...... went from an 18 month lease max to a 12 month lease max and rent from $995 to $1100 in 2 years.... When asking the office why, it was said "We can rent your space for more than what you pay us" so we are raising the rent from the special offer you came in on to match what others are coming in on". Basically tell me that they do no value a good tenant only the amount that a space will bring in. We will not be renewing our lease..... The grounds are OK.... The office staff & property management company does not value you just your monthly check.... A good place if you are moving somewhere else soon..

If you are having a problem with a $100 increase in 2 years try living at Post where they tried to increase me $200 after only 6 months!!! I have lived here now for 3 months and love it- Move over to where I used to live and I would like to see your comments there-

I dont live in either POST or Plantation but stay away from Crestmont. They raised folks 150 or more in one year since market rate went up. most of these folks had been there when it opened. They attempted to screw me too (been there 5 years). Crosland raised very little each year but GCI is all about the cash and no service. They don't value their residents either.

Really? Haven't had my rent raised in the two years I have been here! Maybe because I renewed when they asked me to. If you renew your lease several months BEFORE it is up they do not raise your rent. Also, I have seen where they run specials and send out a notice to renew your lease at the same rate. I can honestly say I feel like I got a real bargain here.
