The York - 3/2 w/ solarium 1390 $1125 (A JOKE) First year this rate and the jumps to $1350.00)!!

This community use to be very nice.... Now very GETTO!!! Section 8 community...
The grounds are awful.... dead bushes.....duct tape holing parking lot lights togehter... Save your time and $..... This place SUCKS!!!!! The staff is old and ragged and not very friendly! The complex is going down hill....... Poor construction and the walk ways are falling apart.....BUGs BUGs.... and more BUGs here...All appliance are old and outdated.

There are 3 police officers that live on the premises. In the 9 months I've lived there there have been no cars broken into. Never have I seen duct tape used as a fastener for a lighting fixture. *The proper spelling is GHETTO*. If you don't like the price, maybe you should move. The tennis court/sand volleyball lights are on a switch, maybe you should do a little investigating. If you have a bug problem, all you have to do is call the office and they will set up an exterminator to come to your apt at your convenience. This place is not 'the best' around but it is far from the worst. Go next door to Cheswick, take a tour, THAT is a crap complex. Who cares about the planned community social events? (Why don't you just go make some friends?) Fyi, the bushes are perennials and the leaves fall off/die in the winter just like the grass and trees. Readers, please remember "everyone thinks they're special". This reviewer obviously needs constant ego stroking to remain satisfied. THIS IS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. P.S. Mr/Mrs. Anonymous - I'm sorry you had a bad day and thought it would help to write this.

Plantation Park at Ballantyne is the best place in Ballantyne. They have recently redone the clubhouse and bought new equipment for the fitness center!! They are open until 9 pm Monday Wednesday and Friday. THe staff is great they were so nice when I moved in and I did not have an issue with my apartment. It was cleaned and the carpet was not new but I didn't and still don't have any issues with it. Thank you Anonymous you said what I would have liked to say to that person.

I agree about the gate. It never seems to be working! Not sure why I'm paying for a gated community???
