Let me tell you that no one ever writes a good review when they are mad. I love living here. The office staff is great!! I never had an issue with them but then again I don't go in there with an attitude. They are people too ya know. They don't need to put up with rude, inconsiderate people who just hate life. I love my apartment and the maintenance staff is great. I am just upset that people take out their frustrations on the front office staff. They are doing their jobs just like you and I. People just need to chill out and take a step back and think about it. Would you want someone coming in the office being rude to you. Do unto others as they would do unto you...........

Staff member post for sure. More than likely by the ghetto one. Plantation Park Apartments is NO longer up to Ballantyne standards. Maintenance staff is excellent but office staff needs to dress and act more professional. This complex needs a someone who can bring it back to what it was at one time.

I live there and totally totally agree - this was a posting by a staff member. they suck in the office and I didn't go in with an attitude. They play favorites and offer some residents deals that others are not offer. Also agree on maintenance - they are the bomb. And did you notice Jerry quit - I heard he quit becuase the office staff sucked. You know something is wrong if a guy worked there for YEARS and quit. they are letting in the ghetto and not caring about quality residents.
